Son of Jesse

Son of Jesse is a new agency that’s totally dedicated to helping small and scaling businesses to compete against their industry leaders on the digital battlefield.

The SME market is the most exciting and biggest business community in the UK. Small businesses generate more GDP, tax contributions, innovation and growth to the economy than any other sector. But they are often overlooked by specialist agencies in the digital space because of the perceived lack of budget, bravery, prestige and ongoing client value.

We don’t agree. We see an outstanding opportunity to help entrepreneurs grow rapidly through brilliant digital work. We’re a small business too but we certainly pack a punch, so we’re in the corner of the start-ups, scale-ups, dreamers and creators who are committed to driving the UK forward.

Our mantra is ‘Small is beautiful’. Join our mission to make beautiful websites for small businesses and help them win against their Goliaths.

To help us achieve this, we’re looking for a superstar dev who believes what we believe, wants to join at ground floor level and is ready to help us fight for the underdogs. Does that sound like you? Read on.

Oh, and Son of Jesse? You can call us Dave…

What we need

Nothing good ever comes easy, so we work hard to design and build websites that create a material impact for our clients’ brand and businesses. The highest quality is our starting point, providing a first class experience for the user and easy to manage for the client. Our work is characterised by these three principles:

  • Pixel perfect – we put as much craft into the build as we do in the design. Stunning as standard.
  • Simple / flexible CMS – we build customised sites, but always have the client in mind so they can use, edit and develop it. The CMS is tailored using only the fields the user needs to see.
  • High performance – all of our websites are built with speed and performance in mind.

Could you get behind this?

Son of Jesse is the newly evolved agency brand from the established Tom Beavan Websites. TBW has been producing beautiful websites for a number of years through our talented network of designers, writers, content creators and developers. Our reputation is first-class, the order book is full and it’s time to bravely expand into an agency.

This is day one. We are looking for employee number one. Join us.
